|FAVINI AT PAPERWORLD FOR THE LAUNCH OF CRUSH: THE INNOVATIVE ECO-FRIENDLY PAPER
Favini, the innovative Italian specialist paper manufacturer will be at Paperworld in Frankfurt 26 to 29 January 2013.
With over 1,800 exhibitors from 71 countries, Paperworld is the leading event in the world, for stationery, school and office products.
Favini will be present with its wide offer of papers. It will showcase CRUSH, the first and only range of paper made with by-products from organic products replacing as much as 15% of traditional wood pulps.
After hundreds of hours of research and fine tuning, Favini has managed to transform process residues from corn, citrus and kiwi fruits, olives, almonds, hazelnuts and coffee beans into extraordinary paper in high fashion colours inspired by nature - and each with a distinct touch created by the differences between the types of material.
CRUSH brings new life to residues from organic products that would normally be processed as fillers in animal food and fertilisers or simply dumped in landfill.
Using Favini's unique patented capabilities these by-products are reborn as a new raw material for making high quality paper.
As well as CRUSH, Favini will show their famous brands, Twill, Twist, Softy, Bindakote, Burano, exclusive black papers and news of the latest trends in Majestic and The Tube. In particular, attention will be paid to Majestic, a fabulous range of paper, with shimmering surfaces and rich vibrant colours. In addition to the classic colours, the range includes the soft reflective Satins, making the collection even more attractive with their refined satin sheen and magically beautiful colours. They will also present the new visual book of Majestic Satins, inspired by the extraordinary computer-generated images of the Higgs boson at Cern.
The Tube, an innovative paper by Favini that is both soft and sensual to the touch, now comes in three new colours that are all the rage in the world of creative design: a sophisticated tone of "Sage"; an intriguing full-matt "Graphite"; and the warm, deep, elegant cocoa brown "Marrone".
