PAPERCO TO GEE-UP G-PRINT SALES




 PaperCo is targeting four specific print market segments - books, direct mailings, maps and magazines - in a campaign to promote the newly re-branded G-Print matt coated woodfree paper.

Designed to re-invigorate sales of the evergreen brand following its FSC accreditation, the campaign will remind printers and print buyers of the distinctive performance properties that have made G-Print so enduringly popular - most notably its high bulk and rigidity, whiteness and opacity.

Tailored collateral leaflets, to be distributed to PaperCo customers, spell out graphically how these properties can bring tangible benefits to the production of books and magazines, mailshots and maps, whilst a new dedicated web site - www.gprint.com  - provides a compelling rationale and comprehensive supporting data.

"G-Print has been a favourite among printers for many years, because basically it is such a reliable, all-round user-friendly sheet - a real grafter," says PaperCo marketing manager, Ian Braithwaite. "But with so many matt coated stocks now in the market place, the manufacturer, Grycksbo, and we felt the time had come to brighten up its image and re-emphasise its advantages - particularly in the four market sectors where we believe it really shines."

Suitable for all printing processes - offset, laser, flexo and screen - G-Print is manufactured using a genuinely unique coating process that ensures a completely smooth flat surface that optimises even ink coverage. It is produced in a range of eight paper grammages, from 70 to 170 gsm, and in three board weights.
